What is a Feldenkraisworkshop?

One or more lections that have an interrelation (for example the walking-function), are explored from different sides and as many resources as possible are used for this process: integration of the participants, personal experience, knowledge from anatomy, physiology and neurology, self-exploration, group dynamic advantages.
